Intake bolt leaking

Think one of my intake bolts is leaking (water) with the engine running, as it's pooling around the head of the bolt. However, my thermostat housing (which is directly above the bolt in question) also has a slight leak, which I've recently cured, so I'm not 100% sure yet. However, if my intake bolt IS letting water past, would it be OK to take just that one bolt out, apply (more) thread sealer and torque it back down, or would I have to loosen all the bolts in the proper sequence, even though I'm only wanting to get at one bolt?

Thanks.

If it were mine, I'd yank the bolt in question and re-seal.. Do the simple stuff first..

Just fix the leaking bolt. Removing one bolt, resealing and retorquing it won't hurt anything.
