Fel-Pro # 1205 for intake gaskets and Fel-Pro 1404 or 1405 for exhaust gaskets

FWIW,
On my next build I'm using Felpro 1205 gaskets between Edelbrock heads and intake. I port matched the heads to the gasket and left the intake manifold ports stock for the most part. I'm going to use a thin smear of Permatex "Aviation Form-A-Gasket" on the head side of the gasket around the water ports, and install a couple of bolts w/fender washers hand tight to hold it in place for an hour or so before laying a bead of Permatex RTV on the "china walls",and dropping the intake on.
I want to make sure the gasket is positioned just right on the heads because after port matching there isn't much room for error.
Hope it works.

Do you use the cork rail gaskets or just a thick bead of solicone? I'm useing the cork gaskets that came with them & wondering if there too thick & interfearing with the side port gaskets, I'm chasing an oil problem, it seems to be sucking oil from under the intake ports into the runners on the heads.

If you trying to solve an oil leak. Do like ssmonty said put thin coat of sealer around water ports and use bolts with washers to hold in place until dry. Before sealing gasket to head, check the port alignment on the intake and the head with the gasket. Make sure the gasket is even with bottom of head. (none hanging over into lifter valley) Should fit just like in the pictures ssmonty provided. Next dry fit intake. Look or measure gap on china wall. This way you will know whether to just use RTV and throw away cork end gaskets. Put a thin coat of Permatex around water ports on intake and a 1/4" thick bead of RTV on china walls meeting intake gasket. Try setting the intake in position without sliding it around. Hope it is aluminum. Refer to the instructions from Edelbrock for bolt sequence and torque: http://www.jegs.com/InstallationInst...0/350-2701.pdf
