Intake Manifold Bolts - Need Sleeves??

I just bought a Vortec Intake manifold for my newly aquired vortec heads. The heads are angle bored for a 5/16" intake manifold bolt. The intake manifold bolt holes are 3/8" oversize. So if I use stock 5/16" there is play.

Which bolts to use? 5/16" w/ some type of sleeve? A special 5/16" with a "thicker" neck below the head? Any suggestions please.

I'd suggest using flatwashers under the intake bolts. Preferably hardened and plated.

As I remember it, I bought my bolts from Chevy. I think they were 5/16".
