Non hardening sealer works far better than silicone in this application, I like this product best but any non-hardening sealant will work. I use this stuff for sealing motorcycle crankcases without gaskets so I know it works well in difficult to seal applications. Coat your gaskets in the stuff, I must warn you it is expensive for the amount you get in a tube. Get some primer T or N to go with it for the ultimate in sealing.
