If you have an interest in metal shaping and would like to learn more from Randy Ferguson and other expert metal shapers, you might be interested in attending the International MetalMeet October 18 - 25, 2005. Metal shapers from all over will descend on Oblong, Illinois for the week long event.
There will be a number of group projects including a Bugatti build and Randy's Oldsmobile roof replacement. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own projects. English wheels, helve hammers, and many other tools will be available for use. Seminars on wheeling, tucking, shrinking, stretching, using flexible shape patterns and bucks will be held.
The atmosphere is very friendly and informal and you'll probably make some new friends. There will be tremendous learning opportunities for novice and expert alike. For detail information please check out
