interesting paint combo. Care?

I have a bike frame that I had powdercoated with a polyester based powder and then painted some detail work using Duplicolor flat black over their primer.

The paint job turned out beautifully. What I'm wondering is proper care of the flat paint. I did not clear coat over it, as the only clears I could find were high gloss, which eliminates the purpose of the flat paint to begin with. So how do I protect the finish? Will normal carbuna wax protect it without adding a lot of gloss?

Anything you put on the flat black will make it more shiney. Car wash soap and air dry would be the best. Any rubbing with a towel will eventually polish it some.
I assume you used spray cans. If you can get an airbrush you can buy some clear from the automotive paint store and add flattener to it to produce the level of no gloss that you desire. Even then you will not want to use any wax or polish on it as the more you do the more glossy it will become. The clear will protect it from spotting and oil stains ect. though.
