howdy
Hi thanks for the howdy. Somehow I sent that before I even got started and then tried to follow up and found out only one post per 30 days
. So I'm a rited auto mechanic, mostly imported cars, and now I'm gathering up parts to build a track roadster. A traditional one using Ford axles front and real, with a frame that sits real low powered with a Chevy 250 six. The theme is "economy", use what is inexpensive and keep it old timey looking. I live in SW Oregon, if you come through this way give me a shout in here and I'll have the coffee on. Bob from Sutherlin Oregon

Great sounding project. This type of genesis rod is making a big comeback lately. Rat rod, retro rod or whatever you call it, no frills, very old technology, non-350/350 power train, vintage power plant, is capturing the hearts of rodders everywhere.
