Just found this board. Have been a lurker mostly on the RRT & autobodystore.com for a couple years. I'm a greybeard who owns a body shop that builds 50 & 60s hot rods, no crash work, in south central Wisconsin. Currently I'm painting a '67 GMC p/u, building a '57 Ford Fairlane hdt (429 w/c-6, Granada spindles w/ discs & rack & pinion steering), Just finished installing a Heidts FIS & 350 in a '52 Chevy p/u, & in my spare time am building a '55 Chevy p/u for myself(Camaro clip 350, 10" rear w/ 3.23 posi). I totally enjoy the work & the people associated with this disease of old cars. Will try to help when possible & hopefully learn something too. So far am enjoying reading old & new posts here. Good to be here, or anywhere for that matter, Larry.

Great to have you here. Also pleased to hear that you built a '57 Ford, don't see many of those around and put on an FE which is even better! Resist the SBC at all cost!!
