Its Alive....ALIVE!!!

Thanks to the help I got today from the bulletin board i have managed to finaly get my baby going.... Let me tell you all about her..
She is a 32 roadster rat rod based on an English V8 Ford Pilot chassis with 36 ford suspension and hubs with a banjo back end, 3 speed toploader box and a 49 8BA Flathead motor and oh yes, she runs rod brakes and unsplit bones.

I bought her 2 months ago in lots of bits and she hadn't been run for 2 years. I have been looking forward to getting her on the road all summer...after the help i got today she fired up and my soul flew.....I tell you one thing I wont be putting open headers on it....I nearly went deaf when she started....

This little quiet piece of England is about to get a very rude awakening

WWWHHHAAAAAHHHHHHHAAAHHHHHAAA

Hopefully that adrenalin rush will never completely go away.

Vince how's your roadster coming along? Last I heard you had just fired the motor.

Progress is really slow. I am doing some preliminary electrical work. Got my gages mounted in the dash, got a center console made to house my E brake handle. I ordered my AC yesterday and will soon be starting on that. I keep finding things that need to be done before pulling the body back off to start body work. It seems as if I have not made much progress, but I was looking at my photos the other evening and I have come a long way, with a long way to go. Thanks for asking.
