I've regressed into a rookie

After all of the cool stuff I've had I'm dealing mostly with a 72 Monte and a rice burner bike....
What happened? The Chevelle needs an engine....The Impala needs an engine!
I'm going to move to Canada and help Chuck with his garden!

Tell us about your Chevelle and Impala. What years are they?

I think what you need to do is sell those Chevy's and buy a Pontiac! LOL

We are looking for a new "resin boy", basically you run through the field and then we roll the resin off your naked body using swedish female "massagers".

It's a tough job, but lots of perky's...errr...perks.

rock on 6567GTO!!!!!!!!!! But, you just barely missd the best year ever! I miss my Dark Blue, 4 speed, power nothing, rally clustered 66 GTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was great! The only thing it had above the base opitions was the rally cluster...a great car...but, as it just became a non-daily driveable money pit....*sniffle*....my baby had to go.....we just couldnt afford it anymore....needed the money....and another car(of course)....it hurt, and almost everyone yelled "NOOOOOOO!!!" when I told them, but I traded it for a GN. I love my GN to death, but my GTO will always be my one true love.

lol - thanks madhat! You probably did the right thing because some cars can really drain the bank account. My 65 got to be that way and I decided to park it for awhile, then restore it. And it's still a money pit! LOL These cars are never finished. But I love the car and won't ever get rid of it. That is until I can't drive it anymore.

Most important things first....Chuck...Fire up the wormhole...I'm packed and ready to start work.....

I would do a Poncho. There is actually a Blue 68 Bone-ville convertible awaiting it's turn at the resto shop. I would love to make the guy an offer....I'd also do a Goat if I could get one in my price range!

The Chevelle is a 69 350/M21/12 bolt 3.31 Malibu. Frost green with a green interior, black vinyl top, bench seat. Years ago driving along it just lost power. Spun a bearing. I had three motors in it ready to roll, but people would stop by and make me an offer I couldn't refuse...So out the motors came. Then I just bought other cars and left it sit!

The 69 Impala is 1 of 2455 SS427s. 390 horse, Turbo 400 12 bolt 3.08. PS,PB,AC Lemans blue with the goofy GM black and white interior. Console w/ bucket seats. I have the original window sticker for it too. I heard a death knock one day and just parked it to keep from doing further damage.

I had a white 12 second 79 Camaro Z-28 I just sold and still have my wintercar 79 Z-28 beater I am rebuilding a motor for.

I have been toying with the idea of taking the GM "windtunnel" fan shroud out of the Monte and putting twin turbos ahead of a built 383 with a 200R4.

The last few days I have been posting on 302s and 396 and think how neat they were. But I sold them for business sake....I can't keep it all.....I've tried to put up some pictures, but I have to ditch AOL first....The pictures download for 10 minutes then I get kicked offline....You'll see some junk soon.....
