Then the choice is yours, if you spray it in parts and take the proper steps like putting masking tape on the edges of doors and glass etc. when you put it back together when it's dry you will have a much better job. The inner door posts won't have over spray and your windshield area will be sealed (they would if you jambed the openings, just making sure you paint them). If you do decide to paint the car in pieces take extra care and caution when you but it back together, get help with the bigger pieces like doors, hood and deck lid and you'll be fine.

If you want to paint it all put together that's OK as well, just mask up what you can, engine bay, under hood, trunk and door jambs.

Basicly if the glass is out, we paint it out and if its in we paint it in..always reverse tape when painting with it out,you'll get a much prettier job with no tape lines....
I wouldnt worry too much about scratching the paint when installing the front and back glass thats the ez stuff reassembling the all moujding and the doors is the tough part ,be very carefull and use lots of tape ....but dont leave the tape on more than a few days ,its very hard to get off...

Thanks everyone for the input... it will be awhile before I mix up the base coat... still fine tuning the fiberglass hood and still have to 2k the body and block her out. But at least now I have a good plan in mind.
