JB6, JB7 or JB8 brakes ?????

Howdy, I am installing a 1986 Chevy 1/2 ton suburban 4x4 system under my 64 International pickup. I am going to rebuild the chevy brake system but dont know if this year would have the JB6, JB7 or JB8 brake system. Its not the hydro-boost. What can I do to figure out which one I have ?

Thanks in advance
Bill

The glove box door of the pickup (donor) will list the brake options (RPO)
it will be a sticker about as big as a credit card and have a bunch of number/letter combos on it.That is what they call the RPO tag which means
Regular Production Option , it describes the vehicle build in code so it is easy to Identify. look at that sticker you will see one of the rpo options listed for your brake system.

Thanks for the advice ! But I purchased just the frame with all the running gear, brakes ect. The body had already been sent on to auto heaven
Guess I can always just pull the pads and shoes, take them down to the auto parts and try and match them up.

Have a great day
Bill
