jeep wrangler flexplate noise help ?

Hey I kno this should be on a jeep form but I have a 97 wrangler 4 cylinder auto and it makes a scraping sound but only at a stop and it has to be in gear (r,d,1,2) if its in n or park it doesn't make the sound not the starter the noise is coming from the flex plate torque converter area i just can't seem the find out what the noise is or where its coming from I looked at the flex plate don't see any cracks from what I can see the teeth are fine has anyone have this problem before ?

Probably cracked around the center where it bolts to the crank. Under load it warps. I would tear it down immediately.
