Jegs aluminum radiators????
 

I was wondering if any has tried the JEGS's universal aluminum radiator? Or if I should spend the extra 20 bucks and get a Griffin?

I bought an AFCO unit from Performance Bodies in IA and am quite happy with it. Nice welds and solid. It was $200 shipped.

Jeg's aluminum radiator
 

I have on of these radiators in my nova and it runs at 180 without a fan with a 160 thermostat. It even held up whin I plowed my car into a ditch one rainy day.

i dont know about jegs but i use a summit in my tempest and for 170 it cant be any worse than a be cool $400 one

This months issue of Street Rod Builder has an article on a new universal radiator from Flex-A-Lite. It looks pretty cool, especially the mounting brackets that allow accessories to be attached. Here is the link.
