Jet recommendation needed

Picked up a used Holley 750 double-pumper last night that had been feeding a built Chevy 454 in race duty. The carb has been jetted up quite a bit, I'm told. I'm going to clean it up and install on my 355ci SBC, running 10:1 compression, Dart Pro-1 heads, and a somewhat mild cam. Redline about 6K. Car is very light, with a high stall and 4.10:1 rear. What jet size, primary and secondary, would be a good start? Anyone know the "stock" jet sizes that ship with this carb? Thanks!!

If the 750 is a model number 4150, the stock jetting is 71 primary, 80 secondary.

For a general comparison, a BG Mighty Demon 750 comes jetted 78/86
