jetting a carb for a 350 with a 274 lift/duration cam

whats some good starting jet/needle/hanger sizes to put in a quadrajet on a 350 small block with a 274 duration cam?never delt with a cam whats the best way to find out adjustments. ive rebuilt this carb many times just dont know what sizes to put in it. its goin into a 75 k5 blazer.

i just bought a rebuilt new q/j carb, would i have to jet it would it run fine with the ones that are in it?? i got a 350 w/ 274 cam
