Did any one have this problem on their 99 Corvette. The fan for the heating/ air conditioning system only works on speeds 4 and 5. Nothing on positions 1, 2,or 3. I understand there is a relay tied in to the ac system that may be malfunctioning. I cannot get hold of the factory wiring diagrams. JOE
