Bulkhead 1

With the roof in position and welded I cut out the sheet metal for the new bulkhead and then tacked in the new panel.

Roof work

Before welding up the bulkhead I wanted to finish off the roof frames and weld them onto the roll bar to give the roof more strength.

Carb and air filter in position

Setup the carb and air filter in position in relationship to the bulkhead so I could check that I had enough space for the new metal work.

Roof position

Time to position the roof on the chassis and tack weld it in place with the door seal edges aligned with the chassis door seal edges.

Spacer

I had to machine a spacer to raise the air filter bottom plate up by 7mm to clear bolt on the back of the carb.
