I made up the inner door panels and the bulkhead. Spotted an Jarguar XJS at a local garage so I measured the windscreen which seem to be about the right size so I tack some flat bar together the same size as the windscreen and clamp it to the dash at the same angle as the Jaguar just to get an idea of what it may look like.
With the inner door frames finished I needed to make up the door seal edges which the rubber door seals will clip onto and seal against the inner door panel.
I made up the door posts, hinges, pins and the inner door frames (side impact beams) and then welded in the posts and then assembled the frames, hinges and fitted the locks.
