Fitted the new Classic gauges in the Cruiser dash. Not a lot was involved, fortunately. A little trimming on the reverse side allowed the gauges to seat properly.

One more to go. I need to order the matching quad gauge for the third hole.

Mini Cooper headlights;
1) which is the high beam? Upper light of lower halogen
2) which beam high or low has the double ground wire?
3) both ground wires connected let the beam light up
4) both connectors are identical except for the double ground wires

I posted a thread on the electrical bulletin board. I'll post a response when I get one.

08-10-2008 02:03 PM Next Up - Gauge Cluster
Tedious jobs continue. The openings in the gauge cluster are larger than the gauges so that needs to be addressed. Also, need to get a quad gauge to replace the originally planned individual, water temp, oil pressure, volt and fuel gauges.

08-10-2008 02:00 PM Looking Back on the Dash
Now that the dash is roughed in and looking back on the entire process, it wasn't that hard to do. Time consuming... Yes.

Looking at the final product it almost looks like it was a perfect fit.
