Door in progress. These doors are as much work as the entire cab. And I still have the glass and operators to reinstall, weather stripping and fixing all the handles. Old doors in general are just a pain in the butt for me.
So here is where it all goes bad for the paint. I stop at a big box, grab a few cans of rocker guard and rush home to spray the cowls with rocker guard. I was hoping to help protect the cowls form rocks.
The rocker guard interacted with something and I had a bubbling, sizzling science experiment! Incase your every in a similar situation, wondering do I wipe it off wet or sand it dry? Answer is: Wipe it while it is all wet!!
