02-18-2014 10:29 PM Russsssssssssst
Time to do the pesky front corners and floors. I used glue and welded the cowls, inside and out. I had tons of help from the guys here fixing my bent cab.

I need to thank EVERY ONE that got me through this.

From the last week in August to Xmass I worked on this cab. I did the easy stuff first and then mounted the cab to the frame so i could do the hard stuff inside.

02-18-2014 09:33 PM Almost done the frame and mechanical
I cheated and did the engine in place. Other than needing a water jacket cleaning, a properly installed head gasket, broken oil tube, some missing lock nuts on the crank, it was all within specs. I am having
an issue with oil up top. The darn little 1/8th tube keeps plugging. No biggie, I am not running it until it cranks up oil with a drill and a home made shaft spinning the oil pump. I am tempted to do something about that little tube. I am considering diesel fuel to flush the oil lines and journals. I maybe should have
taken the block in for a dip in caustic.

Notice the new coker tires? My biggest expense for the truck by far! Good story about picking up those tires. I swear I almost got stabbed for my cokers!
