Finally the nova body is painted. Still some more to go though. I am going to color sand, then apply rally stripes to the front cowl, and continue it on down the dash, and then on the back under the rear windshield.

Heres a shot of the painted core support and the body, ready to be painted. I wet sanded the urethane primer with 600 grit, now I have to apply the epoxy sealer and color.

Now that the firewall is painted I can move on to the body. I also painted the core support, front subframe and some misc parts blue.

Now its time to paint the fire wall, brake lines, front subframe, and I have the core support ready too. First I had to put some filler on the plugged heater hose holes. Im using a bulkhead plate for the heater and A/C hoses.

Now that the motor is out of the way and before I remove the front subframe, its time to route the new brake lines for the disc-disc brake system. I used the original line from the rear to about the mounting point of the subframe. The front lines had to all be built from scratch.
