I will weld the brackets on top of the original manifold, but first i want to sand it down and give it a rough polish. I have to still mill down the inside of the top plate for the air passage. A couple weeks ago I was at the nostalgic drags and they had a top fuel slingshot with a similar manifold.

Been working on making my own manifold for my blower the way they did in the fifties. just been fabricating the bottom supports, they'll be bolted to the underside if the manifold so the top plate will always be able to remove in case I need to just run a carb.

Got all my parts from Speedway Friday and felt guilty not putting any of them on my truck so I did the easiest and added my shock mounts and shocks to my front end.

Spent most of the weekend working on my pulley setup for my blower.
Had my buddy Heinz take a bottom pulley and cut the center out of it for the blower pulley. that didn't take him to long. Took me the rest of the day to lay out the new holes for the pulley. I guess it would of been easier if I was at smart at math as my 14 year old.
The last picture is the bottom pulley and the center picture is the modified one, the pulleys give me a 1 to 1 drive and this should equal about 3 and a half pounds of boost which is more than enough I just want the look and the noise.
