Card templates were transfered to hardboard shapes and then held into position with gap filling adhesive. The surface of the hardboard was covered with parcel tape to stop the resin from sticking to it.
Fibreglassing can now begin.
After fibreglassing the hardboard will be removed from the engine bay side (when the body is off the chassis) then fibreglass can be laid on the engine side of the bulkhead. The whole bulkhead will then be smoothed ready for paint.

Time for the bulkhead to be reconstructed after its necessary clearance alterations.

After fitting of the brake pedal top, the throttle pedals position was determined, brackets fabricated, welded into position and checked for comfort with the steering column bolted back into position.

Since the last uploads of pics back in Oct 06, time in the garage has been scarce but some fabrication has been done as can be seen.
Seat frames, hand brake (emergency brake for you U.S. readers), shifter mount and seat belts have been installed
The frames will be glassed to the floor at a later date.
