Here's the restored gauge cluster, the face still has the original texture on it. I had enough parts to restore a second cluster and will be putting it up for sale soon, it has the texture as well. I had all of the gauges recalibrated and the odometers set to 0.
Can't believe it's been almost a year since I posted... but been working on the house remodel. Back on the truck now and got some front end assembled this past weekend. Will get the new gauge cluster in later this week.
... and the overall! Wow, starting to look like a truck again! On to color sanding the fenders and hood. It's supposed to rain this week so I'll try and get the brakes bled and plug wires on as well.
Finally, DOORS ON!! I have some minor adjusting to do to get the mirrors/pins to fit just right but that's for a rainy day. The new weatherstripping keeps them from closing all the way so I'll have to reset the catches for a while.
