Well i did not get the photos in time. The guy that did the work for me had it done before i could get some photos, sorry. Anyway i have come far enough with the car that tomorrow my brother and i are going to take it it for a drive. Just a short highway drive to check steering, and any and all out ride problems that may come up. I dont think we will have any problems, but i have waited 3 years for this. Im not going to be easy on it, as if anything breaks now is the time to do it. I will let you all know how it works out.Wish me luck.

Got the rear window installed today with no problems. But my new one piece windshield does not match the windshield frame, in fact its way off. The frame comes to almost a perfect V in the center, but the glass is more rounded. So i had to make a template of the glass and using a dremal tool cut a line down the center of the V and about 1 1/4" on each side and rounded it to match the windshield. Then when it matched i welded it back together, then grinded it all smooth. So when you order the one piece windshields dont think they will just fit right out of the box. I will take some photos of what i did and post them. Hope to put the new windshield in tomorrow.

Well as some of you know i lost my left eye about 3 months ago. Now im loosing my right eye. Im trying hard to get the car drivable before i loose the other eye. Now im having brake problems and this is the only thing holding me up. God willing i will get it solved and get to drive my car at least one time. I have worked so hard on this car, and all i want to do is drive it down the road, and know that i made it. I will give the car to my brother so he can finish the paint and interior, and then he can drive it to the shows we use to hit every year. I will miss all the friends i have made on this site. But life is life. Thanks to all of you for the best 3 years of my life. I have posted my brake problem in the brake forum in the hope that someone can solve my problem fast. Thanks again to all of you. Got the brakes done and working fine now.

I have found a friend who is going to help me get my back glass and new one piece windshield put in. I have to have these in Nebraska to get my plates, and then i can always put the side glass in. I will post some new photos when they get put in ok.

Got the skirts done, and the electric trunk latch done. Also got my footfeed made, just have to add some rubber on it. Next item to buy is the one peice windshield $465.00 ouch. Hope to have it on the street in the next four weeks. It wont be finnished but i will be able to drive it. Looks like i will have about $4800.00 in this car when done. Not bad for a low budget rod.
