03-22-2005 06:21 AM Gas Door-1
After installing my fuel cell, I drove it for a few weeks. One problem was when putting gas in it, the filler neck was way too low. Gas would come back at me if i filled it too fast. (not good) Here i cut out the old gas door to use the parts for my relocation.

I flipped the adj. arm upside down and bolted it to the water pump. Here it is installed... I had to make a small spacer as you can see for the alternator where is bolts to the bracket. I was even able to use the same belt. Now I just need to get a chrome alternator........

02-12-2005 09:35 AM header mount alt bracket
I installed a new alternator bracket (the old one as you can see was a hand made), yea it's a simple thing but I didn't know you could mount it in the low position. When I put it on, how I assumed was the correct way, the adjustment arm was touching the top radiator hose...not good. So rather than finding a new hose or making a different adj. arm, I turned the alternator downwards.

02-06-2005 01:06 PM Fuel cell and new floor
Got the new trunk floor and fuel cell in. I need to do a little trimming where the rubber line is on the edges. I also need to make covers for the sending unit etc. I need to raise the filler door on the fender as well. When I drove it to get gas it was not too good. If i fillled it too fast gas would come rushing back. If you notice in the picture the filler almost straight across, not good.
