Here is the old dash, I had frenched in some gauges a while back. I cut out the center section so I could weld the new dash on top of it and still have the same mounting locations.
This shows tacking it on, fitting it in the car and most of the welding done. I trimmed the old dash from the back when it was mostly welded. Still need to finish the sides.
