It has been about two and half years since we drug the truck home and over that time we have had our share of progress and rework as we learned lessons and came up with better solutions.
Here are a few pics of where we started.
The truck is a 54 Chevrolet 3100 (half ton). The plan from the beginning was to make a mild hot rod of it by adding IFS and a V8.
Since the budget was limited at the time it was decided to go with a subframe and after researching the issue it was decided that a G body sub would be the way to go.
