Started polishing the window pillars
What an exercise this is after purchasing all the buffing wheels and spending many hours filing sanding & buffing they are sort of close to what I won't, there are a few marks which still need to be removed and I want them looking like a mirror this is going to take a long time.

07-03-2011 02:53 AM Brake hoses
Went to a brake shop for the second time and found that there are some sales persons behind the counter that actually know what they are selling. He was full of knowledge and solved all the problems I had also for a very good price.

Window pillar supports added to the body, I measured all the sizes and ordered the window from Red-fox windows, this will have a chromed brass frame will get it next week. Have asked for a window wiper to be added and all the wiring to be inside the frame so you won't see any.

On to the window pillars purchase two aluminum cast pillars I don't think the fibre glass is strong enough to support the pillars & the window so I fabricated two brackets which I welded to the inside frame these are made from ΒΌ" steel plate should do the trick

07-03-2011 02:26 AM Safety Belts
Had to purchase a new type of safety belt unit with a belt gripper attached this has become the only one aloud to be installed after the end of 2009, once again more changes to the road safety law so once again the belt I was going to install went in the bin.
