More body filling and sanding around the four bar supports & body support brackets, I still hate this part of the build Photo 1 protruding tube cleaned up to a disc, photo 2 welds covered up on the four bar bracket Photo 3 Chassis side primed nearly ready for painting.

Started on the chassis today something I hate doing body filling and sanding. I'm glad I never became a panel beater because I suck at it. Got sick of hand sanding so went out and purchased a few new toys, a triangle detail sander made life a little easier & heat gun to warm things up to help cure the bog a bit quicker.

Photo 1 all three pieces tack welded into place end cap fitted also Photo 2 from a different angle Photo 3 Welded it to the fire wall. It buckled slightly but once in place it worked out perfectly. Now to start on the body hold-down brackets.

Found it allot easier to bend by hand once it was cut into 3, Photo 1 Two plates bent by hand seems to be fitting ok, Photo 2 Three plates bent it got alot harder to bend how I miss my workshop, used a wooden deck chair to bend the last one amazing what comes in handy when you don't have the correct tools like a roller. Photo 3 tack welded the bent pieces together.
