Got the other body mount in and bondoed a little. I know i will have to sand off this paint and skim coat it again, but that's the biz, when you work out doors.
I get to use up all those half empty cans of paint, in any case.
As soon as i get the windshield frame patched up, i can tip this over and build the rear cab corners.
I hope

Scored some Toyota seats for $20.00, Looks like they will fit in the 36. If not they will be fine for the Rustbucket.
And we are supposed to have good weather for the rest of the week. There is a Cruise In Saturday, i want to try and get the Ratster too, which means i have to finally get the headlights straightened out.

It was nice today, so ground down a poplar stump to make a sheet metal beating stump, but i think the old one works better.. Oh well, lots more poplar..
Bashed on a metal guitar back to get some idea of how this is supposed to work. No english wheel yet, of course.

Not able to weld this week, or go to "The World's Strangest Car Show" but did manage to score a V-6 manifold and a Quadrajet for little money.
I have a 350 trans, so if i score a distributor, i will be all set to change the V-6 over to analogue operation.
A week into spring, and i still only got about four days of car work this whole year.
And it's almost Cruisin Season.
I did finally buy a self darkening welding helmet.

In the second picture you can see the place where the previous owner brazed a patch in the same place.
