09-05-2011 05:49 PM OUTRIGGERS IN PLACE
I got the two outriggers tacked in place to check for clearances.

Second pic is a shot of the front wheel at full lock.
Third pic is a shot straight down thru the headlight bucket.

They can't go backwards or they'll hit the tire and they can't go forwards or the sheet metal won't drop down over them.

They must be just right....

09-02-2011 05:48 PM BODY SUPPORT OUTRIGGERS
I had to fab a couple of tubes to come off the rad support tubes as a rectanglur tube wouldn't work. It comes off of the rad upright post at 45 degrees and the upright is leaning back at 75 degrees.

Added a quarter inch thick body mount plate and a couple of gussets.

And got them all welded and polished up.

09-02-2011 05:43 PM RAD SUPPORT TUBES
I made up two rad support posts from 2'' square tube.

I added some pieces to ''roll'' into the tubes.

I then got the tubes tacked in place.

08-30-2011 05:50 PM RADIATOR MOCKUP
I cut off the front frame horns and cut a fish mouth in them to get clearance for the lower rad hose.

I also tacked in a couple of 2'' square upright tubes for the mock up.

08-21-2011 05:16 PM DECK LID HIT WITH EPOXY

I used some black SPI epoxy primer on the trunk lid. This stuff has a nice shine for a primer.

Came out not too bad. Some high build primer and a skim of fill should take care of it.
