I cut out the opening for the passenger side grill and made up a trim ring to weld in.

10-09-2011 08:37 AM RAD MOUNTED

I got the tabs bolted on permanently and the side plates tacked to the radiator.

I will take it off and get it to someone with a proper welder for final welding of the side plates.

10-03-2011 06:00 PM MORE RAD MOUNTING

A few pics showing the rubber isolators, the 1/4'' radiator side plates and the tabs that will get bolted to the side plates before welding them to the rad.

The bottom frame tab bolts on so the rad can drop down from below.

10-03-2011 05:55 PM RADIATOR MOUNTS

I added some tabs to bolt the rad to and also a stiffener tube across the top to get the front of the frame nice and solid.

I finally got my new (used) mill up and running and carved out some tabs for the 1/4'' aluminum plates that will get welded to the side of the rad to spread the load.

09-05-2011 06:49 PM OUTRIGGERS IN PLACE
I got the two outriggers tacked in place to check for clearances.

Second pic is a shot of the front wheel at full lock.
Third pic is a shot straight down thru the headlight bucket.

They can't go backwards or they'll hit the tire and they can't go forwards or the sheet metal won't drop down over them.

They must be just right....
