04-29-2010 07:38 PM FRAME ROTISSERIE
I got the frame on the rotisserie I built today from a body cart I had made earlier.

The wheels didn't roll good with the body on them but it rolls fine with the frame.

The last pic shows the brake.
It needs some work as its squeezing on a tube that's split.DOH!

04-18-2010 04:48 PM CRADLE CARNAGE
I got the control arms mounted to 3 points on the frame.

That was enough support so that I could cut the COBRA IRS cradle out of the way.

I then clamped the lower rail in place to template some brackets for the last control arm mount point.

04-17-2010 07:33 PM Crossbar Welded
I got the crossbar all welded up and polished.

I forgot to take pics before polishing so you're lucky not to have to look at my ugly welds.

Layed the glass on it after polishing and still lays flat.
Whew.
Stainless really like to move around when you weld it.

04-17-2010 07:24 PM Welding Lower Cross Bar
Added the cross bar to the 2 elbows.

All edges camfered 45* all the way thru.

A piece of glass is used to make sure all tubes are parallel with each other.
