12-06-2007 04:20 AM Dyno
I went for a dyno and had disappointing results.
Pic 1: The blue show 167 HP with 245 FT/LBS of torque.
The red line is after we took off the cold air intake/filter box.
Wow,what a difference. 22HP and 20 FT/BLS of torque.
Pic 2: I ordered the largest K&N air filter I could find and test fitted it.
I haven't taken it for a test drive yet as we've had alot of snow, but I should feel a big difference,
I also have to make up some headers to let it breath a bit better as the air/fuel is showing way to rich at 12:1 w/o the air filter.
I hope this solves the problem. I'm getting 11.25 MPG as it is now.
Pic 3: shows some the flanges I had waterjet cut out of 3/8" stainless along with some 1-1/2" stainless elbows.

I added a TPI from a 92 Firebird. I had it powder coated and made up a cold air intake/filter box.

03-11-2007 05:39 AM Seats Finished
Got the brackets done. Each runner had to be welded in the exact spot and the whole assembly kept in square or the seats wouldn't travel freely. I definitely would not recommend this method to anyone. I got the seats in and then did a bit of customizing to the seat belt buckles to accept my Chevy belt latches.
Now.....how to build the 3rd seat/console/armrest????

03-04-2007 05:34 PM More Cable Stuff
A few more pics showing the piece of speedo cable added. The brake line is peened all the way around and the cables are set. Sure feels better than paying Chrysler for them.
