I guess you're never outgrow *******,I was doing bodywork last week with lightweight filler and the powder mixed with my sweat and ran into my eyes, chemical burns of the eyes is NOT fun! I've been laid up over a week with my right eye looking like I'm bleeding out of it.NOTE: don't try this at home kids!MORAL;lesson learned the hard way. Even though I had glasses on,wear goggles and use a sweatband.(also possibly a sign that says:quiet;moron at work) tom

07-26-2014 07:16 PM I can't believe I scored this;
I was looking through craigslist the other day,I saw a smallblock ford that someone had left at a shop. I could see it had an edelbrock performer intake on it and a set of after market roller rockers on it,I called,and went down to see it.I offered $400 and he took it(chevy man). I knew he was one of us,because when we walked in there was a model A ratrod.It had appeared in several magazines and photo shoots,beautiful!

07-11-2014 09:22 PM sorry i've been laid up for awhile.
well,i had a go-round with a neck injury that laid me up for a couple of years(cervical stenosis,and,a torn muscle that still hasn't healed). I'm up and around again and starting on a new project. I traded the'50 ford to a buddy of mine who has a shop so I had a place to work. the new project is a 1948 mercury coupe. The previous owner disassembled it to restore it and passed away. I will post pix when I get a chance,I've spent the last 2 months getting parts together. talk to y'all soon Tom
