Got primer on the scarred sheet metal today. I'm hoping that I've got enough on the block out, but am planning on shooting more anyway. It's got to be perfect, which it was before, I don't want to do any of this over again.
I did leave the tailgate alone, which has some sanding scratches showing that I want to take care of, and the small chip in the left front fender where the door hit it when it hit the post (the door swung open and went past the stop), but those can wait until later. For now, it's all gotta be one color, and not wrinkled.

Worked all day metal working and then doing the filler work on the Diamond T front fender. I've got it almost ready for primer, just a little more sanding and blocking, it'll be good to go. Then, on the passenger door and drivers fender.

The adjuster from Hagerty was out yesterday and examined the truck, I'm waiting now on word from Hagerty on the estimate and payment. I got the fender roughed in today, a little more finessing and it'll be ready for a skim coat of filler tomorrow. If the weather works in my favor, I'll get it in color next week.

Windlace to go in, and figuring how to make kick panels. The truck wasn't trimmed inside originally, I really like how it looks, and even better, how the leather smells in the small cab. Great. Next up, finish up the wiring (the tailights aren't wired up, and front blinkers in the small lights on the headlamp buckets), get the brake controller wired up. It's coming.
