11-29-2012 04:36 PM Diamond T jewelry.
Got the hood trims sanded, polished, installed and the hood on. Also made a base for the beautiful '35 Auburn "Flying Lady", using a wasted original hood ornament base and some scraps of aluminum. Tomorrow, the JB weld will be hardened, and I can sand and polish that. It's looking like it just might get finished.

11-28-2012 07:58 PM Things to do today.
I like having things going, but sometimes there are so many projects to choose from that I can't decide which one to work on. I end up spending half the day trying to decide which project should get some time. Today was like that, it was almost 1100 before I got out. I ended up cleaning out the '47 Spartan, and then the afternoon working on the running board trim for the Diamond T. Both turned out to be time well spent.

11-25-2012 07:01 PM Nostalgia trip.
A buddy of mine recently reminded me, unintentionally, of our old '56 Cadillac Custom. I dug up the only pictures I have of it, and spent a few minutes reflecting on the car. I hope it's still alive somewhere, it deserved to be finished. More pictures, and the story at "Cool McCool's Garage".
