04-24-2012 08:29 PM Let's go GLAMPING!
I can almost taste the first Gin and Tonic in our "new" Tini-Home" trailer! Big progress the last couple of days, it looks good. Just a few final touches and we'll be ready to roll. Check out more pics at:

04-09-2012 07:42 PM The Tini-Home Strikes Back!
Today was a struggle, but I ended up winning a narrow victory thanks to my wife who came out to the shop and stayed to help despite my bad mood, lots of cursing and maybe itchy fiberglass dust everywhere. On the plus side, this front window will be by far the hardest one to install. See the whole story at "Cool McCool's Garage" http://flynbrian48.wordpress.com/

04-06-2012 07:25 PM Hot Rod Camper!
Now this looks like something! I'm happy to say I got the "Filon" composite skin stretched on the Tini-Hme body today with no problems. I have 36+ feet left over, I'm thinking I'd like to make a tear-drop trailer to use behind the '36 Roadster. When I finish the 4 other projects ahead of it...

To see more of this, and other nonsense, follow the link to "Cool McCool's Garage", where we never sleep...

03-31-2012 11:15 AM Still wiring...
I've got all the wiring job done aside from installing the exterior outlet, which has to wait untill the siding is on. I CAN however, step inside, flip the light switch on and have lights, plug tools into the outlets (or keep beer cold in the fridge!). It feels good. Waiting now for counter top trim to arrive, and for my wife to get home from Florida so she can help me get the "Filon" exterior sheeting on. Should be warm enough tomorrow and next week to start varnishing the interior.

03-23-2012 07:24 PM Electrifying news!
I'm finishing up the wiring in the "Tini-Home" trailer, and again, I'm amazed at how much time it takes to build such a small thing. Of course, several things were "wrong" with my original wiring layout, which are now hard to correct with the wiring all hidden in the walls. I was solved all the little issues (so far anyway) and feel good about where it is now. More pictures and lots of useless info at: http://flynbrian48.wordpress.com/, so check it out!
