I've been stressing about the decision to try to turn the '36 into money. It's on ebay, and I almost pulled the sale today. Instead, we got the car out, went for color tour, then got the Chris Craft out and went out on the lake. Much better than Xanax, and prettier too! Follow the link to my blog, and enjoy some fall color with Kim and I!

It helped me decide it doesn't matter if the roadster sells or not. There is a garage FULL of other fun stuff!

I'm making progress on the truck, and haven't gouged anything up (too badly anyway) in the process. It looks fantastic, and I'm trying not to rush putting it together, as I have all winter now to get it done!
There's more at my blog, @: http://flynbrian48.wordpress.com/, if you want to see more, and follow along!

No, not the wine, although it's good too. The Diamond T is all painted, and going together. It's going to be good.

Finally, some color on the Diamond T's sheet metal! It looks GREAT, and I'm excited to get going on the most fun part of the entire build. I love painting...

OOPS! |
As a reminder that I'm not perfect, and that a little humility goes a long way, here's the story of todays primer fiasco with the Diamond T pickup. It's funny really, especially when I've made this exact mistake before. You'd think I'd learn...
Anyway, here are a couple of pics of the truck ALMOST completely ready to paint, and the link to blog to see just what todays bone-headed mistake was! http://flynbrian48.wordpress.com/
