Decided I should get some of the work buttoned up under the cab while the floor is still out,I hate welding over my head.Besides,Im not sure if I can snake the exhaust thru with the floor installed.Got started on the boxing plates,muffler mods and exhaust install.

Also managed to get the tranny crossmember raised up to its proper location. Pulled the "bed" and hood off to do more work,kinda like the way it looks with out them......

Got the front axle cross member and upper shock mounts welded in place.Still need to box the frame and build a front frame extention to mount the radiator.
Also got the wish bone mount,front cab mount,and exhaust pass thru welded in.Again,everthing still needs boxed in.

Started rebuilding the floor.The previous owner had built a floor out of heavy gauge galvanized sheet metal,with no cross supports.I had removed most of it when I put the cab on the new chassis,but only had a few cross supports in,just enough to hold the cab on the frame.I still have more to install,but this is where I ended up tonight.
