11-01-2010 04:00 AM Engine/tranny meet again.....
Finally got the tranny and engine bolted together and bolted down in truck. Next time I think I'll let the wife help...it was a $%$# getting mount bolts in alone! Neither one has any run time since rebuild a few years ago. It's way past time to get the engine running; then I will continue with the body work..gas tank may get mounted today...Oh, forgot to set the date on camera, these were taken 10/31/10.

09-22-2010 10:10 AM Siren Score!
Though I had promised to only spend money on what I "need" to get my panel on the road......I made the mistake of stopping by one of the old, old salvage yards in my area that still has some very old stuff...like a 58 caddy hearse for instance...any way, I scored this 12v siren from an old fire truck for $30....and it's LOUD! It's the little things....
