At one point I was going to shave the door handles, but I decided to keep the outside door handles. I had the actuators so why not? The doors have a cross brace inside that stops the window when lowered. This brace was the only solid attaching point for the actuators, but that moved the cable to a 90* angle. I went into my Lowes and fount these spring loaded pulleys they are actually replacement wheels for a sliding door.

My original plan was to reuse the old lock T handles to work the locks manually but I ran into a issue with lever interference. So I got a set of piston door lock knobs and some 3/16 rod. I threaded the rod on one end and figured how I was going to miss all those rods and leavers. I bend an offset in the rod and it works great. Then I needed to attach it to the power lock actuator I came up with this adapter seems to work pretty good if I say so.

The window channel was molded into the inside of the door. In order to insert the latch I needed to cut a hole through the channel. That is when I noticed that the lock mechanism was sticking through the channel. So I needed to motify the lever.

My thoughts were to just cut out the holes for the latches and mount it to the door directly. It was then I noticed that the edge of the door was not square with the inside. It is a good thing I have a set of install adapters. I trimmed down the adapters and fitted them to the door and spot welded it in place.

The hole that the original latch went through needed to be closed so I welded it shut.
