I have received a 79 GMC Sierra Grande stepside for a good price partly due to the rust damage along the bottom and doors.
I intend to specialize in airbrushing damaged autos, so this became the perfect challenge for me to prove myself and add the crowning jewel to my portfolio.. hopefully.
I started with some basic work like replacing the spark plugs, fuel line and oil filter. To address the issue of the damaged areas more precisely;
I chose to do them in sections because of OR. weather. I grind, sand, buff, seal with rustoleum rust blocker and prime.
