09-27-2007 08:52 PM a good used 350 we installed
we cleaned it well and sprayed it with some good ole chevy orange of course and put on a rebuilt quadrajet carb.i decided
to keep the stock exhaust manifolds.we have true duals running in to flowmaster race mufflers with turn downs right at the rear axl

we sprayed a few coats of primer to delay rust we will paint in about a day after wet sanding with some 600 or higher paper

09-26-2007 09:59 PM down to bare metal
this took me and my cousin wesley lots of hours first we tried a small area with paint remover.what a joke took mabe one paint layer off and made a mess.a da sander was the answer took it down but took lots of sanding disks

it had 14 inch wheels that did not work for the look i was after ill be putting some 15in chevy rallys on it has a 6cyl engine ill be swapping in a 350 chevy

the day i bought the car for 700 bucks it has about 4 layers of old primer and paint on it time to take it to bare metal
