To be quite honest, lately the Fargo has just been driving me insane. All the sudden there are so many things that need work that I dont know how to do. Im hanging in there for sure, but I'm starting to lose hope.
1) Shackles in the rear need to be replaced. I cant get the old ones out and Im having a hard time finding new ones.
2) The tranny or the tranny linkage is acting up. Im having a hard time shifting into gears and sometimes it gets stuck. I hope its the linkage and not the tranny.
3) My rear end has a leak, I need a new pinion seal. I have no idea how to take everything apart and put it back together, I dont have a shop manual either, not the proper equipment.
4) I still havent found an easy way to lower it.
Fall is going to move in fast so I need to start working on these things. Budget is tight for the proper tools, so I need to start looking for a shop that will let me borrow some equipment.
Meanwhile, heres a welding cart I build out of scraps.
