We wrote an article exposing a kit-car company called Streetbeasts.

Now, they've tried to silence us with a frivolous lawsuit.

Guess what happens when unethical companies try to bully hotrodders out of their free speech?
Get the details, and see how you can lend a hand.

09-01-2005 02:09 AM update..more pics..083105
Just to add a few more pics..monetary constraints don't allow for much improvement..
The custom dash shows well..but had to isolate the ignition switch and collar as the aluminum dash plate was causing a ground and battery drain..car wouldn't start..that took some searching to find.

09-20-2004 10:01 PM replaced trans...new pics
Found the old Fairbanks turbo400 transmission not up to par. It was toast. Took to local transmission place for repairs and it needed a rebuild. Traded the used Fairbanks for a rebuilt Chevy turbo400 with 1500 stall convertor. Total outlay...$300.00 canadian dollars. One week later...back downon the ground and running.
Here's some recent photos of car.

06-13-2004 04:53 PM Done and counting...2003...2004
Couldn't wait to put the car on the road in 2003 spring...had a wonderful year and then noticed the trans slipping...not from dragging either...just years of neglect...should have checked before I drove it. It only sat for 8 years in a field then my place for three more. I'll probably replace the trans and rebuild the Fairbanks as funds become available or sell it .../mkf

06-13-2004 04:48 PM Time for the unveiling...Sept..2002
The paint ...as bad as it is for a novice...is done. The reconstruction of the car has begun and finishing touches are added as needed. Sure feels good to drive after all the suspension work..brakes,lines,shocks,etc.
