We wrote an article exposing a kit-car company called Streetbeasts.

Now, they've tried to silence us with a frivolous lawsuit.

Guess what happens when unethical companies try to bully hotrodders out of their free speech?
Get the details, and see how you can lend a hand.

06-10-2007 01:46 PM lots of wires
Started to wire the milk truck today. This is going to be a lot of fun. I spent seven hours stringing all the wires to there correct points then started testing all the connections. Its just a little confusing trying to connect all the versus year stuff together.

I stopped short installing the carpet because some of the wires needed to run under the carpet. Plus the stereo wires had to go under there also.

Looking forward to getting this wire thing done so I can put the seats and other stuff in so it will look like a read truck.. Way cool..

Started installing the carpet in the milk truck. Its going to take some time because of the the round corners and wheel wells. But this fun seeing the truck over the halfway mark. Looking forward to starting this thing up. But the detail works takes a long time to complete. Learned that one from the model A project but its well worth it. Got some kids offering to buy this thing when its done, just not sure how much to ask...

05-08-2007 11:11 AM Inside painting
Took around 5 hours Saturday to primmer and undercoat the fender wells and inside the truck then 3 hours Sunday to paint the inside. I tell ya there is a lot of area on this milk truck to paint.

Next I get to start to install everything on the inside. Been looking forward to this point in the build.

05-05-2007 12:37 PM Covers
Waiting for the glass to dry on the gas door project I decided to cover the center consoled. Decided this project to be white, brown and black, so with that in mind started covering the consoled. I built the consoled with the shifter in mind. Made some cup holders and a little compartment under the back lid.
Had to add a lot of extra support under the shifter so glassed it supports. Mounted the extra gages but my damn cat knocked over my sun tech and broke the glass. Not sure if I can replace it or not. Damn those things cost.

05-05-2007 12:15 PM Gas Line
After cutting a hole in the floor to run the gas line through, I split some gas line in put it around the opening to protect the main gas line. (See picture) then glassed the hose around the opening so nothing moves. Came out cool I think.
