Took the beast to the track, for the first time. It was a lot of fun. Eventually switching me to a faster group, with the new roush supercharged mustangs.
Not bad for an old hunk of iron LOL

Funny thing happened, while flipping through the paper, at lunch today. I got to the car section. Started reading, turning pages, and There I Am!
Very cool.
nice that the car has been so well received, even though I don't consider it to be a pure show car. It's made to be driven and the dirty side sometimes stays dirty-ish ;-)
Anyway fun to share

Over the April long weekend, I decided to take the beast on a long 600 mile road trip. Everything went great, except for the TKO neutral safety switch issue (which I subsequently solved.)
The car drove great, handled great, and was fun roaring through the canyon twisties.
I also uploaded a new YouTube video, consolodating the 6 1/2 year build, down to 4 minutes or so. Check it out; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1x63nB64zyM

A nice sunny day, early December, and I took the car out to do some portrait shots. Everything turned out nice. I was only missing the bikini babe, to pose with the car ;-)
It took so much time working on the stance, bodywork etc etc.
It was really really worth it, though!
I can't wait for summer!

The clouds were in the sky, but I was anxious to get the car out and take some pictures
